Started coaching in 1978 at Bentley as asst coach; was a Villanova asst coach for 4 yrs; head coach at Dartmouth 1984-91; head coach at Fairfield from 1991-98; from 1998-2010 Paul worked with the following NBA teams; NY Knicks, Boston Celtics, Memphis Grisslies, Golden State Warriers and NJ Nets.
